We hear this a lot from marketing coaches and gurus ...
"You've got to create value"...
But what does it really mean?
A lot of online coaches think it simply means pumping out 'value posts' on social media...
Creating content...
And yeah, I do believe in reciprocity - the energy you put out into the universe (or Metaverse 😜) will inevitably come back to you...
But creating value is so much more than that.
Look, your clients have lots and lots of options to get their desired results...
So they'll probably reach a point where some additional 'value' is gonna influence their decision on which coach is gonna get their hard-earned dollars.
In that case, they're gonna go with the coach that makes them feel seen and appreciated...
But more importantly, feel like "this person really gets me"...
And the only way you're gonna be able to do that is by listening to them and paying attention to the small details.
And it's also about trust...
Other ways you can build trust are by sharing your core values...
Proof that your solutions work for other people...
And of course, creating positive emotions that make communication with your brand enjoyable and meaningful.
