The only four-letter word YOU need to worry about in marketing is...
"TEST"
I go on about this all the time 🤭
Because it's true.
Marketing is a wonderful, magical mix of creativity and scientific method.
You see, you need to have a boatload of new ideas (and you can have some success with creativity alone)...
Just throw some emails/ads/social posts out there, cross your fingers and see if you get lucky! 🍀 🤞🤞
But the real magic happens when you take those wonderful ideas of yours...
And systematically test them against each other.
Casting off the loser and testing again!
Google famously tested 41 shades of blue to find out which one converted better...
But let's face it, you're not Google...
So what could you test?
If it's emails, the best thing is the email subject line:
✅ write 3 different subjects for each email...
✅ Send them out randomly (the random bit is important) to equal parts of your audience...
if one clearly gets more opens, you can send that version to the people who weren't tempted by one of the other subject lines.
Bingo- more eyes on your email = more eyes on your content = more eyes on your offer = more conversions = more clients = more money
